Back home from 12 wonderful days in Provence. October is simply the perfect time to visit Southern France. The crowds are gone, the markets are busting with the fall harvest and the beaches are still busy.
Many people are asking me “but what about Covid-19?” I’m here to tell you I felt completely traveling in France due to the fact that 85% of the country is vaccinated. We wore our mask indoors as required, we showed our Passe Sanitaire when needed and got our Covid-19 test 72 hours before our flight back home. The test took about 30 minutes to get results and cost about $30.00. All in all well worth the hassle to be able to travel again in France.
If you are toying with the idea of going to Provence again, don’t hesitate. 2022 is just around the corner and here at Jackdaw Journeys we have our 2022 tour schedule on our website. See you soon.
